“Project 1:27” - VFC's Mission Outreach

True religion. What is it? James 1:27 says it’s looking after orphans, widows and the less fortunate. Project 1:27is how we do missions and outreach here at Valley Family Church. To kick off this ministry we are offering Ten Projects that you can participate in to experience the kind of religion God calls “pure and faultless”. Together, let’s roll up our sleeves, grab a hammer, rake or passport and make a difference!





Reaching Out - Missions @ VFC
Reaching out is part of the very fabric of Valley Family Church. We want to reach an increasing number of people for Jesus Christ in Southwest Michigan and beyond.  Here are some of the missions that we support locally, nationally and internationally.

  • Regular Mission Trips to various locations around the world.

  • Disaster Relief Team Trips - This team exists to reach out with compassion to people in desperate situations.  VFC currently teams up with Service International, Inc. for one or two short term disaster relief trips each year to locations such as the New Orleans area to help clean up and rebuild devastated communities.
